BOOKING
how to book
color appointments REQUIRE a consultation! i always prefer & respond quickest to instagram dm's. if you don't have instagram, you can text me at 808-208-6114!
send me pictures of your hair inspo + current hair, & tell me about your hair coloring history for the last 3 years!
i generally respond within 12 hours; out of office wednesdays & sundays. all consultations provide price & time quote; all appointments include wash and style
pricing
pricing listed with appointments is accurate & structured with tip "included". if you desperately want to tip me, i will accept a meal, gifts, or retail purchases! (i get commission~)
for color i charge $80/hr. this is calculated based on product, skill set, chair cost, parking cost & my cost of living!
price quotes vs day of can vary depending on time taken to complete your service. change in timing will result in change to pricing.
if you are unable to afford my services, i offer payment plans, i often run discounted promotions, or i am happy to recommend another stylist to you~
payment
i don't require a deposit to book! this will change with increase in no shows.
cash, card, venmo, & zelle are all accepted! venmo preferred.
4.721% state sales tax + 3% processing fee on all card transactions
PAYMENT PLANS
i.e. your service is $400, we can do $50 every 2 weeks when your paycheck comes in (:
REQUIRES a credit/debit card on file. your card info will be saved to my system, and charged on our agreed upon due dates! premature payments or change in payment method can be done via the link in initial invoice email.
there's no limit to: size of payment, # of payments, or how often! you could do $25 every month for a year if you wanted! i want to my services as affordable & accessible as possible, while still being fair to my living expenses (:
there is a 20% LATE FEE if you cannot make a payment within 1 WEEK of due dates. reach out PRIOR to due dates if you don't think you can afford an upcoming payment
waitlisting
if you don't see any avail appointments, book the next soonest avail on my schedule. then you can waitlist! my system will automatically send you an email/text if someone cancels under your requested date(s), then you can book accordingly!

POLICIES
APPOINTMENT REJECTION
i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who i feel is not respecting me, my policies, or my time.
i.e. choosing not to read my policies; asking questions that i have answered during our conversation
TARDINESS
let me know if you think you're going to be late. please take into account parking & traffic when commuting. when i'm booked back-to-back, tardiness will have a domino effect! delays of 15 minutes or more will have to reschedule for another day~
CANCELLATIONS
cancel at least 2 hours prior. i charge a LATE NOTICE fee of hourly minimum wage + chair fees. this will be applied toward appointments that are rescheduled soon after cancellation
ILLNESS
i have an autoimmune disease, which results in a weak immune system. DO NOT come to your appointment if you are sick or feeling any symptoms! hair is optional! please don't sacrifice my health and well being... <3
NO SHOWS
20 minutes late with no communication is a no show. cancellation fee will be charged and will NOT be put toward future appointments. i will be hesitant to accept future appointments with you
SATISFACTION
let me know if you leave unsatisfied with your service! i'm always happy to try again free of charge, or you can take a refund
KIREI SHOP POLICY
unless being serviced at the Kollective, children under the age of 10 are PROHIBITED from tagging along to appointments. we utilize many SHARP and HAZARDOUS implements therefore we want to avoid any potential accidents.
*exceptions MAY be made at our discretion

i'm at The Kirei Kollective, in the Waterfront Plaza, aka Restaurant Row in Kakaako! we're DIRECTLY next door to Ruth's Chris, ground floor, building #5. there's a bright pink neon sign inside!

parking entrances are on South St, & Pohukaina St. or you can street park & walk!
we offer 1.5 hour parking validations! for longer services, (like color) our validation is not sufficient. parking standard rate is $3/30min (credit card only). you may want to consider alternative parking or getting dropped off!

we're cat & dog friendly! animals can be in a separate area if you're uncomfortable or allergic~
if you cannot have animals present for your service, please let me know at the time of booking! (i.e. extreme allergies)
